Kunming Customs seizure of illegally imported waste plastic sheets

Recently, Wanding Customs House, subordinate to Kunming Customs District, seized 15.9 tons of waste plastic sheets that were smuggled inward by an unlicensed truck trying to circumvent customs. This case marked the first seizure of illegally imported wastes by this Customs House since the launch of “Blue Sky 2018′′ campaign. At present, the criminal suspects have been held in custody, pending further investigation.
