Minister Yu Guangzhou Meets Ms Lai Minhua, Director General of Macao Customs Service in Beijing

Minister Yu Guangzhou and Vice Minister Sun Yibiao Meet Ms Lai Minhua, Director General of Macao Customs Service in Beijing

Minister Yu Guangzhou and Vice Minister Sun Yibiao met Ms Lai Minhua, Director General of Macao Customs Service in Beijing on January 28.

Minister Yu congratulated Ms Lai on her promotion and suggested that the two sides shall keep working together and make every effort to improve the facilitation of clearance, to consolidate, develop and promote the cooperation in law enforcement, to strengthen the communication in those key projects which are concerned by both the central government and government of Macao SAR like Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and to enhance the study and cooperation on clearance pattern, supervision methods and the three-M (mutual recognition of control, mutual assistance of enforcement and mutual exchange of information).

Ms Lai expressed that Macao Customs Service would further the cooperation with the General Administration of Customs under the framework of One Country, Two Systems.
