Vice Minister Wang Lingjun gives a speech to the event.

Vice Minister Wang Lingjun attended and addressed the celebration for "2019 International Customs Day" in Beijing on January 24.

Vice Minister Wang shared the progress made by China Customs in 2018 and put forward the visions of building “smart borders” and “smart customs” by the international customs community in the new year. Over 110 customs attaches and representatives from 27 countries and regions participated in the event.
