Nanjing Customs Supports Fodder Production by Fast Clearing Raw Material
02/20/2020

On February 11, the field officers of Nantong Customs, Nanjing Customs District, inspected an imported shipment of sorghum on board the ship. The sorghum, totaling 38,000 tons, was imported for resumption of domestic fodder production after the Spring Festival vacation.

Along with intensive anti-epidemic efforts, Nantong Customs guarantees efficient clearance of inbound agricultural products to help domestic businesses to resume production and ensure domestic supply.

Since the Spring Festival, Nantong Customs has cleared 26 batches of imported grain or fodder such as soybeans, sorghum, corn, and sunflower seed meals, totaling 242,800 tons.
