On October 27, Vice Minister Zou Zhiwu attended the 5th World Customs Organization Technology & Innovation Forum in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Mr. Kunio Mikuriya, Secretary General of the WCO, attended the Forum along with about 650 delegates of Customs and enterprises from 85 countries and regions. During the Forum, Vice Minister Zou met with Mr. Eric Wiebes, State Secretary of Ministry of Finance of the Netherlands and Ms. Aly van Berckel, Director General of the Customs Administration of the Netherlands, and exchanged views on enhancing China-Dutch customs cooperation, and hosted a meeting with Nuctech and other Chinese enterprises.

On the same day, Vice Minister Zou visited Rotterdam port and observed automatic operations at the port and the use of inspection equipment by Dutch Customs.
