“I often buy things from foreign websites. Before I thought the Customs was not efficient at parcels clearance. But now, through the presentations, I get to know it is very efficient for the Customs to inspect and release parcels,” said “Euphy”, a netizen who joined in the open day event organized by Suzhou Customs (affiliated to Nanjing Customs District).

On July 14, Suzhou Customs, together with Suzhou “Hanshan Wenzhong” Forum and Famous City Suzhou Net, held the Customs Open Day event themed with “Connecting with Local People and Enhancing CPC Character”.

During the event, the participants visited the Customs' mail control site and model worker office, listened to presentations about Customs policies on inward & outward mails, “window service” and other convenient measures, and had face-to-face communications about online shopping issues with Customs officers.
