From December 14 to 15, the 14th Session of the Council of Heads of Government of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Member States was successfully held in Zhengzhou City, China. Zhengzhou Customs District carried out a series of measures including: set up a working group of courteous reception for customs clearance, timely coordinating with relevant agencies to open a special channel for the SCO summit, providing courteous services for all SCO delegations; assigned heads of Customs to front-line leadership and staff of many divisions to front-line control; invited experts from Beijing Customs to onsite guidance; strengthened safety precaution and intelligence warning; intensified control on inward aircrafts, trains, goods, luggage and postal articles. All the efforts ensured clearance service and safety control during the summit.

From December 8 to 16, the Customs totally served inward special aircrafts 11 sorties; inward foreign guests 232 person-time; inward aircrew 162 person-time; outward special aircrafts 6 sorties; outward foreign guests 120 person-time; outward aircrew 66 person-time.
