Minister Ni met with Mr. Marian Banas, Secretary of State and Head of National Revenue Administration of Poland

On July 4, Minister Ni Yuefeng visited Poland Customs.

Minister Ni had a bilateral meeting with Mr. Marian Banas, Secretary of State and Head of National Revenue Administration of Poland, and Mr. Piotr Walczak, Undersecretary of State and Head of Customs Department of Poland, during which they evaluated the implementation of the  Action Plan on Cooperation between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the National Revenue Administration of the Republic of Poland for the Years of 2017-2018 and exchanged views on a number of topics, including port-to-port cooperation in customs regions, expedited clearance for China Railway Express to and from Europe, the engagement of China-EU customs supply chain cooperation for security and facilitation, enforcement of law and China-CEEC customs cooperation.

After the meeting, Minister Ni and Mr. Banas signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and National Revenue Administration of the Republic of Poland on the Twinning Cooperation between the Regional Customs of Chengdu and Lodz.

On the same day, accompanied by Mr. Walczak, Minister Ni visited the customs site in Malaszewicze to learn about the customs clearance of China Railway Express.
