On December 14, Vice Minister Sun Yibiao, on behalf of Minister Yu Guangzhou, met with Mr. Bjeljanove, Head of Federal Customs Service of Russian Federation in ZhengZhou.

Both sides spoke highly of their cooperation on various fields and reached consensus on further regional customs cooperation under the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
