On April 20, 2017, Minister Yu Guangzhou met with Asralt Batbold, Director General, Customs General Administration of Mongolia and his delegation in Beijing.

The two sides exchanged views and reached consensus on many issues such as promoting Sino-Mongolian joint customs control, improving port capacity, advancing Sino-Mongolian customs capacity-building cooperation, actively implementing Cooperation Arrangements on the Promotion of Trade Facilitation between General Administration of China Customs (GACC) and Customs General Administration of Mongolia, institutionalizing the tripartite customs cooperation among China, Mongolia and Russia and jointly pushing ahead the cooperation in “C-Top” (Customs-Train Operators Partnership for Security & Expedited Clearance of CR Express) project.

Mr. Zhang Guangzhi, Member of GACC Board of Top Management and Head of State Office for Ports of Entry Management and Coordination, attended the meeting.
