Minister Yu Guangzhou and Vice Minister Sun Yibiao Meet Director-General of Macao Customs Service

Minister Yu Guangzhou and Vice Minister Sun Yibiao met with Mr. Choi Lai Hang, Director-General of Macao Customs Service on December 2 in Beijing. Minister Yu appreciated Mr. Choi for his support to the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) and his great contributions to the Customs cooperation between the mainland and Macao SAR over the years, and hoped that Mr. Choi would continue to focus on the cooperation between the two sides.
Both sides exchanged views on customs clearance and security for the approaching 15th anniversary of Macao’s return to China, preparation for adopting new clearance arrangement at the ports both in Zhuhai and Macao SAR, and further implementation of the Cooperation Plan between the General Administration of Customs of China and Macao Customs Service.
