On August 4, a batch of fan blades from China Guodian Corporation was transported through Lianyungang port for South Africa. To reduce demurrage time, Lianyungang Customs House (affiliated to Nanjing Customs District) opened a green channel for such wind-power equipment outbound and fast finished their exit formalities through “single window” service.
From January to July, Lianyungang Customs inspected 31 outbound ships carrying 226 sets of wind-power equipment, 2.9 times and 3.7 times more year-on-year respectively, making it easier for exporters to finish clearance and for “made in China” products to go abroad.
Customs officers were fast inspecting fan blades.
