In the early hours of January 28, a cold wave alert was issued in Guizhou. The Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport was covered by thick ice. Guiyang Customs officers, on duty around the clock, have inspected 41 inbound and outbound flights and released 4280 passengers so far.
