Guangzhou Customs Harmlessly Destroys 200,000 IPR-Infringing Goods

On May 17, Guangzhou Customs conducted harmless destruction of seized IPR-infringing goods, involving nearly 200,000 pieces of infringing cell-phone accessories and watches.

 

The destroyed cell-phone accessories were infringing on NOKIA trademark right, including 180,000 handset shells and 8,900 pairs of earphones while the 360 destroyed watches were infringing on DIESEL trademark right. The Customs entrusted professional waste treatment company to conduct harmless destruction by smashing machine for recycling.

 

 

Customs officers were counting seized IPR-infringing cell-phone accessories.
