On June 2, Vice Minister Sun Yibiao paid a visit to Korea Customs Service. On the same day, Vice Minister Sun visited passenger examination site of Inchon Airport Customs and held a bilateral meeting with the Head of Inchon Airport Customs to exchange views on customs control on air cargo and passengers.

On June 3, Vice Minister Sun Yibiao and Mr. Cheon Hong-uk, Commissioner of Korea Customs Service, co-chaired the 19th China-Korea Customs Head Meeting in Seoul, Korea. Both sides reviewed the customs cooperation since the 18th China-Korea Customs Head Meeting and exchanged in-depth views on China-Korea FTA implementation, management of origin, commodity classification, capacity building, the twining cooperation project, etc.

During his visit, Vice Minister Sun met with Mr. Kim Dae-Sub, Director General of Inchon Customs. Both sides exchanged views on strengthening the twining project cooperation, expertise intercouse and anti-commercial fraud cooperation, etc.

On the same day, Vice Minister Sun visited Inchon Free Trade Area, listened to the general introduction of the Free Trade Area on its background, development and policy measures, and thus got knowledge on how the local customs support and participate in the Free Trade Area development.
