How to Fill in the Column of "Import/Export Port" in the Customs Declaration Form for Import/Export Goods?

"Import/Export Port" refers to the name of Customs at a port of entry/exit place where the goods actually enter into or exit from China Customs territory. This column shall be filled in with the corresponding name and code of the port-based Customs.

For import goods transited across Customs districts, this column shall be filled in with the name and code of the Customs at the entry place of the goods.

For export goods transited across Customs districts, this column shall be filled in with the name and code of the Customs at the exit place of the goods.

For goods transferred across Customs districts for further processing under the supervisory mode of transfer between customs, this column in an Export Declaration Form shall be filled in with the name and code of the Customs from which the goods will be transferred out; and this column in an Import Declaration Form shall be filled in with the name and code of the Customs into which the goods will be transferred.

For goods transferred among different export processing zones, this column shall be filled with the name and code of the Customs at the export processing zone to which the goods will be transferred. For other goods without actual entry or exit, this column shall be filled with the name and code of the Customs accepting the declaration.
