On May 30, Vice Minister Lu Peijun of General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) met with Mr. Jim Barber, International President of United Parcel Service of America.

Vice Minister Lu introduced the reform measures regarding to trade facilitation taken by GACC, replied to operation questions about warehouse operation qualification and cross-border e-commerce, and indicated that Customs would continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with enterprises and make more enterprises enjoy more benefits from the cooperation.

Mr. Barber expressed his gratitude to GACC for bringing practical benefits and was willing to further give opinions and suggestions to customs reform.
