On April 25, Minister Ni Yuefeng was present at the Thematic Forum on Trade Connectivity of the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation and delivered a speech titled "Deepen Cooperation in Customs Intelligence, Promote Trade Security and Facilitation, and Build a Safe and Smooth International Trade Channel". Minister Ni made three proposals in his speech: first, to explore cooperation on smart customs, smart border and smart connectivity; second, to promote trade facilitation; third, to build a security system in an all-round way.
