Recently, Guangzhou Customs District’s Nansha Customs House seized a batch of exporting automobile parts infringing intellectual property rights (IPR).

Confirmed by relevant IPR owners, the auto parts included 420 bearing bushes infringing on “Cummins” trademark, and 1,520 oil filters and 1,290 shock absorbers infringing on “Toyota” trademark, totally worth 209,000 yuan or so.

Customs officers were counting the IPR-infringing auto parts.
