On March 9 in Qingdao, the Dagang Customs House together with local Maritime Administration, Immigration Inspection Station, and Inspection-Quarantine Bureau jointly inspected the cruise ship “Diamond Glory Sea” aboard in terms of marine equipment/materials, seaman belongings, personnel ID certificates, public hygiene, food safety, etc. and then jointly finished the entry formalities. That was the first joint inspection by the four authorities aboard an international cruise in Shandong province.

Through the joint inspection, the Customs and the other three promoted “one-stop” operational mode with inspection time reduced to within one hour from former four hours, greatly improving work efficiency and service quality.
