From June 14 to 15, Mr. Huang Shengqiang, Head of National Office of Port Administration, headed a delegation to visit Ethiopian Revenues and Customs Authority.

In Addis Ababa, Mr. Huang held a bilateral talk with Mr. Alebachew Nigussie, Director General of Ethiopian Revenues and Customs Authority, during which Mr. Huang gave an introduction on China Customs and its reform initiatives in dry port development, coastal-inland customs clearance integration and Single Window. Both sides actively valued China-Africa and China-Ethiopia Customs cooperation and agreed to carry the cooperation forward.

The Chinese delegation also visited a dry port and customs operational sites in an industrial zone.
