On November 9, at GACC headquarters, Vice Minister Li Guo met with Ms. Dana Meager, State Secretary of Finance of the Slovak Republic, Plenipotentiary of the Government of the Slovak Republic for negotiations on the "Belt & Road" Initiative.

Both sides exchanged views on such topics as implementation of China-Slovak Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation Regarding the Silk Road Economic Belt Initiative, cooperation on China Railway Express, E-Lock, anti-fraud, exchange of information and Slovak dairy products exported to China.
