Guangzhou Customs Seizes IPR-Infringing Jewelry Outward

According to Guangzhou Customs news of August 16,  Panyu Customs House found an export shipment declared  of 18K gold-inlaid jewelry included 60 necklaces and bracelets infringing the trademark BVLGARI” — a world-famous brand. This case, worth 40,000 yuan, is the first seizure of intellectual property right (IPR) infringement in jewelry processing with foreign-supplied materials in Guangzhou Customs region.
