Guangzhou Customs Seizes 7,460 Pairs of Counterfeit Sunglasses

On August 25, Guangzhou Customs announced that Baiyun Airport Customs House recently seized a batch of exporting sunglasses falsely declared as dresses and cellphone films. These sunglasses, printed with  trademarks  like PRADA, CHANNEL, FENDI and MIU MIU, were suspected of infringing the intellectual property rights (IPR).

 

Identified by the trademark owners, there were 7,460 pairs of  sunglasses infringing the world-famous brands like PRADA, CHANNEL, FENDI and MIU MIU, which were registered with China Customs for IPR protection.

 

 

Customs officers are inspecting the counterfeit sunglasses.
