Till June 23, Zhengzhou Customs District's Bonded Logistics Center has, through cross-border e-commerce pilot program, released a total of 72.82 million postal parcels, with commodities worth CNY6,537 million and 1,076 firms registered under the pilot program.
The Customs has built a parcel control system in line with e-commerce status quo by carrying out Customs-CIQ “3-singles” cooperation, paperless customs declaration, “double-random” inspection and release“in seconds” based on seamless full-chain management. While ensuring the smooth clearance process, the Customs also has risk control measures in effect before, during and after cross-border e-commerce events, making the operations standardized by closed whole-course control with big data analysis.
The Customs took closed whole-course control to standardize e-commerce operation.
