A few days ago, a batch of new-type agricultural equipments from abroad arrived at Dayaowan Port, Dayaowan Customs House (affiliated to Dalian Customs District) immediately opened a “Green Channel for Agricultural Material Clearance” and finished relevant customs formalities in an efficient way.
Three provinces in northeast China are important grain-producing areas. As the largest port in the northeast, Dayaowan Port is vital for agricultural equipment importing therein, with large import volume cleared every spring-plowing season.
To facilitate import process, the Customs House set up the Green Channel to provide clearance without barrier or waiting, coordinated with other port administrations in equipment loading/unloading and transporting to shorten the time of demurrage and thus ensured the delivery to plowing front as soon as possible.
