On September 8, Vice Minister and Head of the Department of Political Affairs Hu Wei attended the 12th Aunual Law-enforcement Seminar with Foreign Law Enforcement Community in China (FLECC) in Nanjing. Vice Minister Hu attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
The Vice Minister spoke highly of the achievements made by Customs authorities and police forces of other countries/regions and China Customs through enforcement cooperation in the past 12 years. Mr. Hu highly praised the contribution made by the FLECC and its member states in promoting the effective enforcement cooperation, and proposed that all countries and regions work together and enhance customs enforcement efficiency in an all-round way, and take active measures to conduct information exchanges and joint operation in order to maintain global trade order and border security.
