Recently in Qingdao Customs District, customs officers at local Post Office seized inbound mails containing injection liquid of human placenta extracts, totaling 350 pieces in 2 batches.

Now, these injection liquid is detained under further investigation by the Customs.    

As per China Customs regulations on quarantine of inbound and outbound special articles, carrying or posting such special articles as microorganisms, human tissue and bio-products inward/outward must be on the strength of relevant administrative approval; if the administrative approval is not timely submitted or the quarantine results are substandard, customs authority may manage to destroy or return such articles.
