Recently, in Gongbei Customs District, Wanzai Customs House detained a batch of luxury goods infringing on the trademarks “VERSACE” and “GIANNI VERSACE （figure）”.

On July 29, a Shenzhen company declared to Wanzai Customs for importing a batch of handbags and backpacks. During inspection, customs officers found out one men's handbag marked with “VERSACE” and nine men's leather belts marked with “GIANNI VERSACE（figure）”, which were respectively suspected of infringing on the trademarks “VERSACE” and “GIANNI VERSACE（figure）” registered with China Customs by GIANNI VERSACE S.P.A. Later. The trademarks owner confirmed the infringement on its intellectual property rights. Now the Customs has detained these fake goods according to the Regulations on Customs Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights.
