Recently, when exercising inspection over casual shoes for export declared by a trading company from Nanjing City, Huangpu Customs District seized 9,400 pairs of sport shoes infringing on exclusive trademark rights of “Adidas” and “NIKE”. The case has been another big-amount infringement case cracked by the Customs since “Breeze”campaign was launched to protect overseas reputation of China-made products.
Since the start of “Breeze” campaign, Huangpu Customs has, by means of risk analysis, been targeting risky products for special control and inspection to precisely seize infringing commodities, by far 248 enforcements of Intellectual Property Right protection conducted totally worth RMB9.14 million.
