Minister Ni Yuefeng Meets with Kazakhstan Deputy Prime Minister

Minister Ni Yuefeng met with Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mr. Kassymbek, in the GACC on April 26.


The two sides spoke highly of the bilateral achievements under the framework of Belt and Road Initiative serving bilateral diplomatic and trade relations, and conducted discussions on quarantine access of pork, dairy and oil crops.


Under the witness of Minister Ni and Deputy Prime Minister Kassymbek, Vice Minister Li Guo of the GACC and Mr. Sultangaziyev, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of Kazakhstan signed the Protocol of Cooperation between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Exchange of Pre-Arrival Information of Cross Border Goods and Vehicles; Protocol of Cooperation between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Customs Statistics Methods and Information in External Trade; Arrangement between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding Mutual Recognition of the Enterprise Credit Management Programme in China and the Authorized Economic Operator Programme in Kazakhstan; Protocol between General Administration of Customs of People's Republic of China and Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Wheat Flour from the Republic of Kazakhstan to the People's Republic of China and Protocol between the General Administraton of Customs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Inspection, Quarantine and Veterinary and Sanitary requirements for Duck Meat to be Exported from the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
