On July 15, the opening ceremony of the Qingdao Multinationals Summit and the Closed-door meeting of the General Administration of Customs of China were held in Qingdao. Vice Minister Wang Lingjun attended the meetings and made speech on the Closed-door meeting, introducing to the participants initiatives and achievements of China Customs in pandemic prevention and control, improvement of business environment at ports and deepening of cooperation with customs authorities around the world and proposing initiatives to strengthen international cooperation in "Smart Customs, Smart Borders and Smart Connectivity", improve engagement with businesses and enhance regulatory collaboration.
