On February 22, Mr. Yu Guangzhou, Minister of the General Administration of China Customs, and Mr. Xie Guoyi, Ambassador of Italy in China, signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Customs and Monopolies Agency of the Republic of Italy on the Twinning Cooperation between the Ningbo Customs District and the Customs Interregional Directorate of Genova, at the Great Hall of the People, Beijing, China.

The Memorandum defines the scope, objectives, contents and ways of developing twinning cooperation between the two sides, which is of great significance to further upgrade the cooperation between Ningbo Customs District and Customs Interregional Directorate of Genova as well as to promote pragmatic Customs cooperation between China and Italy.
