Minister Ni Yuefeng Meets with Mr. Bulavin, Head of Russian Federal Customs Service.

Minister Ni Yuefeng met with Mr. Bulavin, Head of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, in Beijing on April 25.

The two sides commented positively on the bilateral cooperation, conducted in-depth discussions and reached consensus on key programmes in clearance facilitation, information exchange and international parcel control.

After the meeting, Ni and Bulavin signed the Action Plan between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Administration of Customs of the Russian Federation regarding the Mutual Recognition of the Respective Authorized Economic Operator Programmes.
