On March 23, one piece of auction information on the WeChat page of Gongbei Customs drew wide social attention. Besides some ordinary auction goods like edible bird’s nest, sea cucumbers and walnuts, gold bullions would be auctioned for the first time by the Customs, including 30 pieces of“HERAEUS” branded gold bullions totaling 29.965kg. These gold bullions, all transferred from Zhuhai Public Security Frontier Detachment, would be put to public auction on March 29, and all the auction revenue would be turned to the state treasury.
