On February 16th, 2022, Mr. Jian Liu, DDG, Department of International Cooperation, GACC and Mr. Koen Van Dyck, Head of International Relationship Unit, DG SANTE of the European Commission, co-chaired a department-level meeting on SPS issues. They exchanged views on such topics as exportation of Chinese aquacultural products to the EU, animal diseases zoning arrangement and institutionalized cooperation, etc
