The requirements are listed as follows:
1. Having transport vessels, vehicles, equipment and other related facilities corresponding to its business scope and service targets;
2. Having corresponding organizational structure, office premises and professional managers;
3. Having registered capital and self-owned circulating funds geared to its licensed container transport business; and
4. Meeting other conditions prescribed by China's laws and regulations for establishment of an enterprise.
