On September 3, witnessed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, Minister Yu Guangzhou and Mr. Beliyaninov, Head of Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation, signed the Protocols on Revised Protocols on Mutual Recognition of Controls on Specific Commodities between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation and the Protocols on Supply Chain Security for Goods in Containers and Trade Facilitation in Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
