Vice Minister Li Guo signs the Protocol with Kim Hyeon-Soo, Vice Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of R.O. Korea.

From December 24 to 28, Vice Minister Li Guo led a delegation to the Republic of Korea and held meetings respectively with Mr. LEE Gae-Ho, Minister of Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Mr. Ryu Young-jin, Minister of Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, and Mr. Kim Yung-Moon, Commissioner of Korea Customs Service.

Vice Minister Li Guo signed the Protocol on Quarantine and Health Requirements for Compound Feed of Aquatic Animals to be Exported from Korea to China between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of the Republic of Korea with Mr. Kim Hyeon-Soo, Vice Minister of Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs of Korea and both sides exchanged views and reached a consensus on such issues as the market access of agricultural products and cosmetics, food security and customs cooperation.

During the trip, Vice Minister Li Guo paid field visits to the customs working sites of Busan Port and Incheon Airport, the factories of Amore Pacific, LG, and CCIC Korean Company. Vice Minister Li also held a working talk with Mr. Guo Peng, Chinese Consul General in Busan.
