What Are Wild Fauna and Flora and Their Products Falling into the Scope of Endangered Species Import and Export Management?

Wild fauna and flora or their products listed in the Commodity Catalog of Import and Export Wild Fauna and Flora published in 2002 by the Endangered Species Import and Export Management Office and the General Administration of Customs, as well as precious animals, rare plants or their products specified by the state;

Wild fauna and flora and their products listed in the Commodity Catalog of Import and Export Wild Fauna and Flora, including both those from the wild world and those domesticated or bred artificially; and

If it is claimed in the packing instruction that the import/export goods contain ingredients of wild fauna and flora listed in the Commodity Catalog of Import and Export Wild Fauna and Flora, such goods are managed in accordance with the requirements relevant to the species listed in the Commodity Catalog of Import and Export Wild Fauna and Flora.

Precious animals refer to the wild animals under Class I and Class II state protection in the List of Wildlife under Special State Protection and the wild animals listed in the Appendices I & II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, as well as domesticated or bred ones of the above species.

Rare plants refer to the wild plants under Class I and Class II state protection in the List of Wildlife under Special State Protection and those listed in the Appendices I & II of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
