On December 16, Dongguan Workstation under Enterprise Authentication Center of Huangpu Customs District was set up in Dongguan Customs House(affiliated to Huangpu Customs District). In the past, enterprise credit management was decentralized among Customs-affiliated units in Dongguan city, but now it is uniformly managed by the Dongguan Workstation. The Workstation will uniformly organize enterprise credit nurturing, authentication implementation and verification for Customs-registered firms, monitoring and adjusting credit status of all firms located in Dongguan.

Yao Zhengwu, South China Administrative Director of Yue Yuen Holdings (Dongguan) Limited, said hopefully when receiving Authorized Economic Operators(AEO) Advanced Certificate, “with AEO Certificate, inspection rate on our import and export goods will be further decreased, and our customs clearance will be faster, according to Customs regulations on credit management. We also can enjoy import and export clearance facilitations when exporting to AEO mutual-recognition countries or regions.”

“This Authentication Center is to better coordinate with the reform in enterprise credit management. We will manage the credit standing of Customs-registered enterprises by law and by regulation, enabling law-abiding firms to timely get clearance facilitation,” said Liu Fuqiao, Section Chief of Section of Enterprise Authentication, Dongguan Customs House.
