On November 26, Vice Minister Zou Zhiwu met with Mr. Dinh Tien Dung, Minister of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam, and his delegation. The two sides exchanged views on the issues such as anti-smuggling cooperation, AEO mutual recognition cooperation between China and Vietnam, and customs "Single Window" and capacity building.
