On December 16, Minister Yu Guangzhou attended the 19th Committee Meeting of China-Russia Prime Ministers’ Regular Meeting in Beijing.

On behalf of China-Russia Customs Cooperation Sub-committee, Minister Yu reported to the Committee major outcomes of China-Russia Customs cooperation since the 18th Committee Meeting. He made four proposals on future cooperation. Firstly, both sides should support the coordinated development of the Silk Road Economic Belt and Eurasian Economic Union. Secondly, trade facilitation should be further improved. Thirdly, both sides should deepen cooperation on law enforcement. Fourthly, regional Customs cooperation should be enhanced.
