On January 26th, which is designated as International Customs Day, the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) hosted International Customs Day 2024 Celebration Reception in Beijing. Mr. Wang Lingjun, Vice Minister of the GACC and Mr. Edward Kieswetter, Chair of the WCO Council and Commissioner of the South Africa Revenue Service, addressed the Celebration Reception and awarded China Customs representative officers with the WCO Certificates of Merit of 2024. Over 90 Customs Attachés and Commercial Counsellors from over 20 countries (regions) and representatives from the departments of GACC attended the Reception.
