On November 16, 2017, Menglian Customs House, an affiliate to Kunming Customs District, inspected an outbound electro-tricycle and found 4.3 million Yuan cash concealed under the seat and in the driver’s woven bag. Out of the amount, they seized 4.28 million yuan and released 20,000 Yuan. Apparently, it’s the largest amount of cash that Menglian Customs has ever seized.

This incident is currently pending further investigation.
