On June 20, Vice Minister Sun Yibiao met with Mr. Malinin Vladimir, First Deputy Head of Federal Customs Service of Russia in Huangshan City, Anhui Province.

The two sides exchanged views and reached consensus on issues such as comprehensive cooperation of all Customs matters, key cooperative projects in association with “Green Channel” and mutual recognition of customs controls, continuous enhancement in policy communication and business coordination, strengthening collaboration of pre-arrival information exchange and statistics.

On the same day, Vice Minister Sun attended the Chairmen Meeting of Committee of China- Russia Prime Ministers’ Regular Meeting between Vice Prime Minister Wang Yang and Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Rogozin in Huangshan. Vice Minister Sun delivered a speech on the project of customs Green Channel, briefing on the status quo of the ongoing cooperation and proposals for the next step therewith.
