How to Fill in the Column of "Name of Means of Transport" in the Customs Declaration Form for Import/Export Goods?

"Name of Means of Transport" refers to the name or number of means of transport used to carry goods for entry/exit. Contents filled in shall be consistent with corresponding contents listed in a manifest declared by transportation agencies to the Customs. One customs declaration form can only have one name of means of transport.
