Vice Minister Zhang Jiwen meets with Mr. Norov, Secretary General of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).

On December 5, Vice Minister Zhang Jiwen met with Mr. Norov, Secretary General of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Both sides exchanged in-depth views and reached consensus on setting up SCO Inspection and Quarantine Center, harmonization of inspection and quarantine standards and personnel training for SCO member states.
