On May 25, in Zhoushan, Hangzhou Customs destroyed a batch of IPR-infringing goods in an environment-friendly way. Those goods were mainly small home appliances like electric irons, electric hair driers and cutters, totaling more than 240,000 pieces.
On the destruction site, those fake goods were put into a fermenting tank by large-size machinery to undergo harmless processing including fermentation and incineration. Ultimately, they will be used for power generation.
