On July 16, 2018, under the witness of Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, Mr. Donald Tusk, President of the European Council, and Mr. Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission, Minister Ni Yuefeng signed respectively with Mr. Hans-Dietmar Schweisgut, Ambassador of the European Union to China, and Mr. Ernesto Bianchi, representative of the European Anti-Fraud Office, the Action Plan Concerning China-EU Customs Cooperation on Intellectual Property Rights (2018-2020) and the Strategic Administrative Cooperation Arrangement between the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China and the European Anti-Fraud Office on Cooperation in Combatting Customs Fraud, in Beijing, China.
